Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the website.

4. Services and Products Catelove.net offers spiritual and healing services, life coaching, and digital products. All services and products are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty. We do not guarantee that the information provided on the website will be free from errors or omissions.

5. Payment and Cancellation Healing session payment Cancellation: I acknowledge that payments are required in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance can be rebooked. However, there will be an additional fee of $20 due at the time of booking for late cancellation. The fee must be paid before any new bookings are made. Cancellations 48 hours prior to the appointment can receive a refund of the price minus a $10 processing fee or a full credit to their Vibe Tribe account for future use with no processing fee. If you book a healing session of any kind and do not contact prior to the booking time or arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show cancellation and subject to a refund of 50% to be refunded or credited to the Vibe Tribe account. For in-person reconnective healing sessions selected to be paid by invoice (paid in person), failure to provide payment once you or Cate has arrived for your booking will be treated as a no-show, and a $50 fee must be paid before new bookings are made. If there is more than one no-show booking in 6 months, there will be a loss of the option to pay in person.

Limitation of Liability Catelove.net and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, our website and services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in the content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the website or any content or services made available via the website.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised terms signifies your acceptance of the changes.

Privacy and Confidentiality

I acknowledge that all discussions and interactions with Cate Love are strictly confidential. Any personal information shared during sessions will be kept private and secure, respecting the privacy of individuals seeking guidance.

Digital services and downloaded product , virtual events, discussions, workshops ,groups, etc. 

License and Use: The digital content is provided for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Catelove.net.

Intellectual Property: All digital content remains the property of Catelove.net. I understand that I do not acquire any ownership rights to the content through this purchase.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not provided once the purchase is completed 

Technical Requirements: It is my responsibility to ensure that I have the necessary technology and software to download and access the digital content
